City of Rancho Cordova Anatolia Community Surface Treatment Project

The City has contracted with Sierra Nevada Construction to perform the surface treatment project in the Anatolia community (see attached Project limits).  This project will improve the aesthetics and road conditions for motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists in the neighborhood and extend the life of the existing pavement.  The contractor will be mobilizing in June 2025 and the initial work you will see in the community ahead of the slurry seal application is crack sealing, asphalt repairs and striping removal.  The final schedule for the slurry seal work is being finalized and those dates will be shared through changeable message signs, handouts, social media and No Parking signage.
